Cocoa
Where to See It Belmont Estate and the Grenada Chocolate Company, in the north

The other half of Grenada's fortune, and arguably the more delicious. Cocoa pods grow in jewel shades of yellow, orange and deep red straight from the trunk and main branches — a habit botanists call cauliflory. Inside, the beans are wrapped in a sweet white pulp you can suck straight from the pod. Grenada has earned a global name for fine, tree-to-bar chocolate made entirely on the island.
