Known across the islands as the sugar bird, and for good reason. With a bright yellow belly, a slate back and a neat white eyebrow, this tiny nectar-lover appears the moment a sugar bowl or jam pot is opened. Its curved bill is built for piercing flowers, but a hotel sugar dish will do nicely. Quick, fearless and endlessly endearing.
